Carme Karr i Alfonsetti (Spanish, Carmen Karr; Barcelona, 16 March 1865 – 29 December 1943) was a Catalan feminist, journalist, writer, musicologist and song-composer.〔Anaïs Nin: a biography Deirdre Bair - 1995 "Carmen Karr (1865-1943) became an important writer and editor who celebrated the cause of Catalan women.
